* The withdrawal of a student during the scholastic year means the student withdraws on any given day during the scholastic year

* Refundable fees are the fees that are reimbursed to the parent/ guardian in the event of withdrawal during the scholastic year, and as a result that the student will not benefit from the educational services for the remaining period of the scholastic year starting from the date of withdrawal according to the following percentages:

First: Withdrawal of a student at the beginning of the scholastic year (The First semester)

  1. SR 1,000 will be deducted if the student's withdrawal is prior to the beginning of the scholastic year up to the end of the first week of the scholastic year. (Applicable only for the new enrollment.)
  2. 10% of the total fees will be deducted if the student withdraws during the second week of the scholastic year.
  3. 25% of the total fees will be deducted if the student withdraws during the 3rd or the 4th week of the scholastic year.
  4. The entire first-semester fees will be deducted if the student withdraws in the beginning of the second month of the scholastic year.
  5. The above mentioned deduction percentages are applicable for the transportation fees.

Second: Withdrawal of a student at the beginning of The second semester

  1. SR 1,000 will be deducted if the student's withdrawal is prior to the beginning of the second semester up to the end of the first week of second semester.(Applicable only for the new enrollment.)
  2. 10% of the total second semester fees will be deducted if the student withdraws during the second week of the second semester.
  3. 25% of the second semester fees will be deducted if the student withdraws during the 3rd or the 4th week of the second semester.
  4. The entire second semester fees will be deducted if the student withdraws in the beginning of the second month of the second semester.
  5. The above mentioned deduction percentages are applicable for the transportation fees.

* In the event of failure to pay the fees, the school reserves the right to detain the student's file and reserves the right to institute legal proceedings against who fails to pay the fees.
